Do you ship to my city and location?
We take full payment in advance to process your order.
Furniture Items: We currently deliver to Kitchener, Cambridge, Oakville, Mississauga, Waterloo & Milton. We are coming to other cities very soon and will keep you posted.
What is the estimated delivery time of an online order?
- Order processing & confirmation
- Orders received after 12:00 pm or placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. We do not currently process orders on Saturday or Sunday.
- An order confirmation email noting estimated delivery timeframes will be sent out once the payment has been received.
- Order Delivery
- We will call and inform you about your order product availability. Instock items will be delivered within 10-12 working days.
- Incase of items not in stock, an approximate delivery date will be provided. Delivery is done as per stock availability.
- Customized or items on pre-order are delivered within 60 – 120 days or more depending on your order.
- While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us via Call or WhatsApp on +437 663-4643 (9:00am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday) for the latest update on your shipment, if we have already not gotten in touch with you.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
Free delivery is possible on order above $600 till your driveway.
For Bed Frame fitting service: $100 to your bedroom. We will only assemble our product and do not move any other furniture.
For Table fitting we charge $50 with placement, where you want the table. Our team don’t move any other furniture.
- Preparing for Delivery
- Kindly ensure that the furniture items ordered fit in desired rooms, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators and hallways. Please see our measurement mentioned on each product for delivery.
- Also, verify that the room of your choice is suitable for your furniture and cleared of existing furniture as our delivery team is not permitted to move or dispose of existing furniture or other items.
- No exchange/refund will be entertained in case of size not fitting in the desired space.
- For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that our installation team visits on the next working day of delivery to assemble the delivered product(s), and all nuts and bolts are present and they fit well.
- For all products that require wall installation, kindly decide prior to the installation team’s visit on the exact location in your house where you would want to place your product, and instruct the installation team to fix the product; please ensure that you have taken all necessary approvals prior for any drilling etc. that may be required to fix wall items in your apartment / home.If you live in a high rise or condominium which requires a Certificate of Insurance, please contact us after placing your order.
- For all products kept on the floor, ensure that the product stands steady and straight
- Our delivery team is not permitted to install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items.
What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?
We, at Hoid, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
FOR ALL PRODUCTS: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change.
We request the customer (or any individual 18 years or older) to be personally present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.
