What if I have received a damaged product?
We take highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.
Our team will assess the damage and revert within stipulated time with a solution. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted.
Any damage or variance not reported within 14 days of delivery, will be considered “acceptable” and will not qualify for return or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.
Credits and Refunds
- Taxes paid will be refunded
- Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit
- A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage.
